How we work
1. Discovery call
A 30-minute conversation about your goals, constraints, and budget. You leave with a recommendation whether or not you hire us.
2. Written proposal
Fixed scope, fixed price, defined timeline, and a list of what is explicitly excluded. You approve before anything starts.
3. Build in sprints
Two-week cycles with a working preview link at the end of each one. You see progress continuously, not just at the end.
4. Launch & handover
You receive full source code, documentation, and admin credentials. No vendor lock-in and no hostage situations.
Common questions
A marketing website usually runs 3–5 weeks. Custom applications typically run 8–16 weeks depending on complexity. Your proposal will state a specific timeline with milestone dates.
We invoice 40% at project start and 60% on delivery. There are no recurring charges, no subscriptions, and no auto-renewals unless you separately sign up for a maintenance plan.
You do, completely, once the final invoice is paid. That includes source code, design files, and all accounts. We keep no rights beyond permission to show the work in our portfolio, which you can decline.
Every project includes two rounds of revisions per milestone and a 14-day post-launch defect warranty. Our full refund terms are on the Refund Policy page.
Yes. We work remotely with clients across North America and Europe. Contracts are in USD and meetings are scheduled within your business hours where practical.

Who we are
Imxoteb is a small, independently owned digital studio. We have been building websites and software for small businesses since 2019.
Our approach
We take on a limited number of projects at a time so that the people you meet on the first call are the people who do the work. There is no account-management layer and no offshore hand-off.
We price by project rather than by hour, because we believe you should know what something costs before you commit to it. If scope changes mid-project, we agree the change and its cost in writing before proceeding.
What we don't do
We are not a marketing agency and we don't sell ad management, SEO guarantees, or lead-generation packages. We don't promise specific rankings, revenue figures, or traffic numbers, because nobody can honestly guarantee those things. We build software, and we're straightforward about what that can and cannot achieve for your business.

We implement Google Consent Mode v2. Until you make a choice, advertising and analytics storage remain denied. You can change your preferences at any time using the Cookie Settings link.

We may share data with service providers acting on our instructions:

Transfers outside the EEA/UK rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

7. Your rights
Depending on your location you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to opt out of "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising — declining advertising cookies exercises this right.
To make a request, email privacy@imxoteb.com. We respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Children
Our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Security
We use TLS encryption in transit, access controls, and regular patching. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
10. Changes
We will post any revisions on this page with an updated date. Material changes will be notified by email where we hold your address.

Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By accessing imxoteb.com or engaging Imxoteb LLC you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Services
We provide web design, development, and automation services. The specific scope, deliverables, price, and timeline for any engagement are set out in a written proposal signed by both parties, which takes precedence over these general terms where they conflict.
3. Quotes and estimates
Prices shown on this site are indicative starting points. The estimate calculator provides a rough range for guidance only and does not constitute an offer, a quote, or a binding commitment by either party.
4. Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, 40% is invoiced at project start and 60% on delivery. Invoices are payable within 14 days. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month. Optional maintenance plans are billed monthly in advance and may be cancelled at any time before the next billing date with no penalty.
5. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner, and to ensure you hold the rights to any materials you supply to us. Delays in providing these may extend the timeline.
6. Intellectual property
On receipt of final payment, ownership of custom deliverables transfers to you. Third-party components remain under their respective licences. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
7. Warranties and disclaimers
We warrant that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. We provide a defect-correction period as stated in your proposal. Beyond that, the site and services are provided "as is". We make no guarantee of specific business outcomes, search rankings, traffic, or revenue.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid by you for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including lost profits or data. Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days' written notice. You remain liable for work completed up to the termination date; we will invoice on a pro-rata basis and deliver completed work.
10. Acceptable use
You may not use this site to transmit malware, attempt unauthorised access, scrape at a rate that degrades service, or infringe any third party's rights.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Travis County, Texas, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Project engagements
- Before work begins: full refund of any deposit if you cancel in writing before we commence, less any third-party costs already incurred on your behalf.
- Within 7 days of start: refund of the deposit less the value of work completed, calculated at $120/hour against a written log we will provide.
- After 7 days: you are invoiced for completed work only; remaining unearned deposit is returned.
Maintenance plans
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with no notice period and no cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. We do not pro-rate partial months, and we do not auto-renew annual commitments without explicit written confirmation.
Defects
If a delivered item does not function as specified in the approved proposal, we will correct it at no cost during the warranty period stated in your agreement. If we cannot correct it, you may request a refund of the portion of fees attributable to that deliverable.
How to request a refund
Email billing@imxoteb.com with your invoice number and the reason for the request. We acknowledge within 2 business days and resolve within 10 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Statutory rights
This policy does not affect any statutory rights you have under consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
